No– you don’t need to do anything! You will be automatically enrolled in the new Medica Group plan for 2023. The current plan with Humana will terminate at midnight on December 31, 2022.

The Medica network is very broad and covers most hospitals and providers in the state of Minnesota, and many others in the United States that accept Medicare and your insurance. To find out if your provider is in the Medica network, click links above or contact Medica Customer Service at 1-800–234-8755 (TTY: 711) between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. CT, seven days a week for assistance.
You will receive your January premium invoice in late December. Included with your invoice you will receive an option to set up automatic withdrawal. Please note you must pay your first invoice by check in the mail.

If you do not wish to be auto enrolled into this plan, you must enroll in an individual Medicare plan between October 15 through December 31, 2022. Please contact Schatz Benefit Group at 952-222-2100 to research other plan designs that may be better for you.
